I have found myself pushing my health shake until later in the day, which is fine ~ but some days that turns into me forgetting to make it. So this morning, I decided it’s best if I go back to having it while I am getting the girls ready for school, which is perfect. It saves me time in the morning so I can multi-task while I’m having breakfast, and I know I’m starting my day with a good nutrition choice.
