When you finish your Monday morning workout routine and think, dang, when did this happen? One decision at a time. Down 53 lbs since January.
This has been the easiest weight management I've ever done. Here's what I did so far. Count calories, exercise. Eat healthy fulfilling foods and skip the ones that make me feel like crap. Small Calorie deficit, time, and work(cardio and weight lifting). And a few amazing cheerleaders out there cheering me on. 😊
