5 spot 3-pt shooting - being able to make an open 3 is important especially in today’s game. Something I like to pride myself in is my shooting but lack consistency which is a result of confidence. I found shooting in spots that you’ll find yourself in, in a game gives better results and boosts confidence. Going game pace during workouts is ideal (which I definitely didn’t here 😂) as it best simulates a game. Also doing this individually also can be good conditioning (especially if you miss a lot 😬).
