FEELING THE 🔥🔥🔥 Leg Day Part 2.
I usually split leg day over two sessions. The first for quads, followed by hammies and glutes the next day. Yesterday was my first leg sesh since starting back, so today's part II was pretty 💀 deadly. The squats were ok, but deadlifts and hip thrusts were brutal.
Working out how to use the different equipment and where to position myself for different exercises made me feel pretty awk too, like a newbie again. But I know I just have to work through it and laugh off the weirdness. 😆😆 Soon enough I'll feel like part of the furniture..or equipment.
