As we get older, we don't bounce back quite like we use to. 🤷 A lot of it, is because we don't get in the needed nutrients on a daily basis & after 30+ years of eating junk & drinking soda it starts to build in our systems and starts causing health issues. Kidney stones are a great example. 😳 Mainly caused by drinking too much soda. 👈
