Workout 50 of 100 is in the books!! 🙌
On July 29th, my team and I committed to completing 100 workouts at our own pace and speed. 🤩
Some have passed the midpoint mark, some are just starting and that’s OK!
Today I celebrate completing HALF the program! 🎉 •
Tell you the truth, I’m not sure I would be as consistent with my health and fitness if it wasn’t for the team’s support, encouragements and realness. 😅 #teaminfinitysuccess
Committing to 100 workouts is no joke. It can seem like a scary thing, an overwhelming task or ... maybe.. just another exciting milestone. 🤗
We are in control of the words and feelings we attach to every situation. It’s not easy to choose the growth and positive route every time.. honestly, last night I was in a mood 😬 ... a few people rubbed me the wrong way and 😤... but I refocused and today I’m much better! Thank you to my friend who offered support 🍷 😉 lol
Anyway, I digress... back to commitment and choosing our thoughts! •
Time will move forward whether we want it to or not. We are getting older, we are getting busier and it only gets harder and harder to start. However it is not too late. It is NEVER too late. •
Just start. Start small. •
One change and one step at a time. If you’re not sure which small change to start with, let’s chat. I get overwhelmed with too many changes at once. I get it. I can help you start small or go ALL in if that’s what you want. 🤷♀️
