Green smoothies Một ngày phải ăn đủ 1 rổ rau củ quả mới đủ lượng chất chống oxi hóa cho cơ thể. Trước giờ mình vốn là động vật ăn cỏ rồi nên không cần phải lách cách xay rau ra để uống như này vẫn đủ khẩu phần rau 1 ngày. Nhưng mà từ lúc gắn 2 cái "vành móng ngựa" lên răng mình hong nhai được cái gì nữa, phải tạm biệt tất cả các thể loại salad, gỏi, kim chi, ..... Nên mới phải màu mè xay sinh tố rau để uống. Rau để xay chủ yếu là cải bó xôi vì nó dễ tìm,mùi cũng dễ chịu ngoài ra còn có rau diếp cá. Kale là 1 cái j đấy lạ lùng xa vời quá ko bán ở siêu thị. Mình đã thử xay rau xà lách nhưng mà mùi ghê lắm nên loại, cần tây thì ko cần thiết vì dạo này mình ăn uống ko thể nào sạch hơn được nữa :), uống vào nó detox hết chất dinh dưỡng trong ng thì nguy=))) Cơ thể không đủ chất chống oxi hóa sẽ già rất nhanh, thực chất việc lão hóa chính là do các tế bào bị oxi hóa. Nên ai muốn nhìn chín chắn cứ vô tư ăn thịt, tực phẩm chế biến, bỏ qua rau củ quả đi, đắp mĩ phẩm tiền triệu cũng ko cứu vãn được đâu. Cinnamon Banana Oatmeal Bites. Freshly baked and smelling delicious! Vegan and sweetened with dates these are great for breakfast or as a snack. 🍌 Cinnamon Banana Oatmeal Bites 2 large bananas 1/2 c pitted Medjool dates 1/4 c coconut or olive oil 1 t Vanilla 1 t cinnamon 1 t baking powder 1/4 heaping t. sea salt 2 c gluten free rolled oats Preheat oven to 350. In food processor add bananas, dates, oil & vanilla and process until smooth. Add cinnamon,baking powder & salt and process until combined. Add 1.5 c rolled oats and process for 5-8 seconds. Place this mixture in a bowl and stir in the remaining 1/2 c. oats. Mound mixture into small balls onto baking sheet and bake for about 8 minutes or just until the balls are set. Peanut Butter Banana Bites - 50 Calories🍌🥜🍫This is a simple 3 ingredient recipe. Perfect for snacking... especially if you have a sweet tooth🙋🏻‍♀️⠀ ⠀ ⠀ Make a batch this week and keep them in the freezer so you can grab one whenever you need a treat🙌⠀The kids will love them too 💖 ⠀ INGREDIENTS⠀ 3 ripe bananas⠀ 1/3 cup natural peanut butter⠀ 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips ⠀ INSTRUCTIONS⠀ 1. Peel and slice #bananas into rounds about 1/4 inch thick.⠀ 2. Line a platter or small baking sheet with parchment paper. Place about 1/2 teaspoon of #peanutbutter on a banana slice and top with another banana slice to make a little banana peanut butter sandwich. Keep doing this until all banana slices are used and you have about 20 bites. Place bites on platter and place in the freezer to harden for about 1 hour.⠀ 3. Once banana bites have been in the freezer for 1 hour. Melt your dark chocolate over boiling water. 4. Once #chocolate is melted, remove the platter of your frozen banana and dip each frozen banana bite into the melted chocolate so that half of each bite is coated.⠀ 5. Place chocolate covered bites back on the parchment lined platter. Place back in freezer to harden up. 6. At this point you’re ready to enjoy or you can transfer the bites into a freezer safe storage container for later. They should last a least 1-2 months in the freezer.⠀ 7.
