under 30 min teriyaki chicken & green beans!
✨baked some seasoned chicken in a sugar free teriyaki sauce ~30 min (great marinaded too)
✨cooked the green beans on the stove with the same sauce
✨added a simple cucumber and feta side salad for good measure 🥗
for me, it’s all about the sauces because I know myself and I simply won’t eat plain chicken and veggies... i’ve literally prepped food for lunch and thrown it out and got chipotle instead 😂 my tip of the day is find a healthy sauce or flavor you love (curry, teriyaki, peanut sauce, marinara etc.) and throw that ish on everythangggg
