Oh my YUM— new fave weeknight dinner!!
💥SPICY ALMOND BUTTER CHICKEN AND BROCCOLINI💥 Made in one pan in less than 20 minutes, it’s healthy, and SO DELISH. Recipe below 👇🏻
For the chicken:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts sliced into strips
2 T coconut aminos
1 tsp fish sauce
1 T honey
1 T sriracha
1 T almond butter
Splash of sherry
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
For the Broccolini:
1 bunch of Broccolini, chopped
Salt and pepper
2 tsp coconut aminos
Sesame seeds, for serving
Cauliflower or jasmine rice, for serving
1. Add chicken to a bowl with all sauce ingredients; toss to combine.
2. Heat up 2 T of olive or avocado oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, allowing it to get a nice char.
3. Transfer chicken to a plate on the side. Add Broccolini to same skillet with 2 tsp coconut aminos; cook for 2-3 minutes until bright green and slightly tender.
4. Add chicken back to skillet, garnish with sesame seeds, and serve with rice of choice!
