🔸𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐛𝐨𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞:⁣ ⁣ Tbol is a derivative of dbol hybridized with another variation of test which changes the way the body metabolizes it. Tbol does not aromatize for this reason. Thus it does not cause a spike in estradiol Tbol is 1/2 as anabolic as dbol and has a low androgenic potential. This means the gains will be solid but strength will barely move on Tbol It increases red blood cell production rapidly causing wider more prominent veins as well as higher blood pressure Tbol is less hepatotoxic than dbol (significantly less) but slightly more toxic than anavar. It is still recommended to run liver support on this compound. Cycle durations with Tbol can be 8-12 weeks instead of 4-6 weeks like dbol which allows for more dense mature muscle. So gains gotten from Tbol are often retained rather than lost Tbol has a 12-16 hour half-life but I recommend it 3 times a day to minimize impact on the liver function. The more you take at once the harder it is on your liver Dosing can be between 30-100mg per day for a guy Women can handle about 2-5mg a day without high risk to virilization for short bursts. However if it’s stacked with other things virilization will occur Tbol binds nicely to the sex receptors amplifying bioavailability of free test in the system. Tbol is an excellent choice for the last few weeks heading into a body building competition due to its non estrogenic nature and the increase in vascularity. Krafttraining bringt die Muskeln zum wachsen und je mehr Muskeln ihr habt, desto größer ist euer Grundumsatz, heißt wiederum dass ihr mehr essen 🥑🍚🥞könnt und wer will das nicht 😜. Fazit: Legt den Fokus mehr auf das Krafttraining und weniger aufs Cardio. Cardio könnt ihr zum auspowern machen, wenn sowieso nichts mehr geht, denn dann geht eigentlich noch was 😅👌🏻. Эта относительно лёгкая тренировка будет идеальной для новичков. С помощью неё вы легко избавитесь от лишних см и приведёте мышцы всего тела в тонус 💪🏼 ⠀ 1️⃣ Сет из прыжков с поднятием рук. Каждое упражнение выполнять 1 мин с перерывом в 20 сек. (Видео 1) ⠀ Прыжок +руки вверх ⠀ Прыжок + руки вперёд ⠀ Прыжок + руки в стороны ⠀ 2️⃣ Проработка ягодиц и ног ⠀ Краб+присед. (Видео 2) ⠀ 10 раз в каждую сторону + 3 прыжка в конце. И так 6 подходов ( в каждую сторону надо пройти по 3 раза) ⠀ Можно добавить фитнес резинку для дополнительного сопротивления. На начальном этапе можно обойтись без неё. ⠀ 👉🏼старайтесь приседать глубже, чтобы угол между бедром и голенью был менее 90’, но не допуская того, чтобы колени выходили вперёд стоп. Ноги не нужно расставлять очень широко. ⠀ 3️⃣ Сет на 🍑 ⠀ Ягодичный мост+пружинка+разведение колен. (Видео 3) ⠀ Делаете каждое упражнение по очереди по 15 раз и так 4 подхода. ⠀ 👉🏼Расставляете ноги чуть шире плечей и слегка разворачиваете носки. Поднимаете таз, напрягая ягодицы и опускаетесь, ☝🏼 но не плюхаетесь на пол, а задерживаетесь в нескольких см от пола. ⠀ После крайнего поднятия таза задерживаетесь вверху и пружините 15 раз. ⠀ Далее продолжаете пружинить, разводя колени в стороны. ⠀ 4️⃣ Ягодичный мост с поднятой ногой. (Видео 3) ⠀ 15 раз на каждую ногу * 3 подхода. ⠀ 5️⃣ Планка с опусканием бедра. (Видео 4) ⠀ 30 сек * 6 раз или 1 мин *3 раза ⠀ 👉🏼 если сложно, это упражнение можно заменить обычной планкой. ⠀ 6️⃣ Сет на пресс ( Видео 5) ⠀ Каждое упражнение делаете по очереди по 40 сек * 3 подхода. ⠀ ⠀ Пресс с поднятыми ногами ⠀ 👉🏼Если тяжело держать ноги, можно опустить их и делать стандартный подъем корпуса к ногам. ⠀ Поднятие ног ⠀ 👉🏼 Тут важно не махать ногами, а найти диапазон, в котором сильнее всего чувствуется нижний пресс и работать в нем. ⠀ Поднимаете ноги 30 сек, далее задерживаете их на той высоте, где чувствуете пресс больше всего и делаете следующие 2 упражнения: ножницы и ходьба. ⠀⠀ #alincess_workout #gymmotivation #fitnessaddict #gymlife #fitnesslifestyle #gymtime #fitnessfood #fitnessgirls #instafitness #instatag #fitnessmodel #f4f #likeforlikes #followme
