Nevím, s jakým úspěchem přesvědčujete svoje okolí o prospěšnosti konzumace zeleniny. Já za sebe musím říct, že je potřeba být dost kreativní a prostě furt zkoušet, co by třeba prošlo… Teď už aspoň vím, že u mého muže má mnohem větší šanci něco, co pálí, takže česnek, chilli a tak. Třeba se vám taky bude hodit tenhle jednoduchý recept na salát, kde je klíčová zálivka – vietnamská Nuoc cham. Mám vyzkoušený, že mi v lednici vydrží minimálně 10 dní, takže se jí dá připravit i víc dopředu. Pak už jen zelenina – já jsem po dlouhém zvažování koupila spiralizér, a osvědčuje se. Když ho ale nemáte, stačí obyčejná škrabka na brambory, případně mandolína nebo nějaké šikovné struhadlo. Základem salátu jsou špagety z cukety a mrkve a půlky cherry rajčátek. Pak většinou přidávám plátky ředkviček, někdy papriku. Hodně koriandru, když mám, a nasucho opražené kešu ořechy. Taky se daji pridat nudle a nějaká bílkovina, pak ti bude kompletní jídlo, třeba lehčí obed do práce. A teď ta zálivka: cca 20g cukru rozpustím v asi 75ml vody, a do toho přijde 25ml rybí omáčky (vegetariáni nahradí soli, ale nebude to úplně ono), šťáva z 1 citronu nebo limetky, prolisované 2 stroužky česneku a nakrájená chilli paprička. #TasteOfTheWorld #RecipeOfTheDay #DiSano Today we share this absolutely yummy Spinach Hummus Salad recipe by Aarti Bhatia that is not only tasty but healthy too 😍 INGREDIENTS: Chickpeas (Chholey) - 1 big bowl, soaked overnight Sesame seeds - 2 tbsps, roasted till slightly aromatic Spinach - 1 small bowl of fresh leaves Lemon - 2, big, juicy, yellow ones Extra Virgin Olive oil - To be used generously Salt - As per taste Salad - Sliced pieces of cucumber, tomatoes, capsicum & carrots METHOD: 1. Drain off the excess water from the soaked chickpeas. Wash them twice with fresh water. Add salt to the chickpeas and about twice the quantity of water. Cook the chickpeas in a cooker for 7-8 whistles. Keep this aside. 2. Now, roast the sesame seeds till they become aromatic - be careful about not over-roasting them as they can add a bitter taste then. 3. Put the roasted sesame seeds in a blender. Add some Extra Virgin Olive Oil & salt. Churn till smooth. You may need to open the blender and scrape the paste a few times in between. This is your Tahini Sauce. Keep it aside. It can be stored in a refrigerator until about 20 days, in an airtight container. 4. Now, add the boiled chickpeas to the blender. Add the fresh spinach leaves to this. Add 1-2 spoons of Tahini sauce as per taste. Add some salt & some cold water. Churn this till you get a thick, smooth consistency. 5. Now add some more olive oil & churn again to gain a buttery texture. Your spinach hummus is ready. Happy hump day!! 🤩 hope you’re week is going well and dry (if you live in Houston)!! Now that football season started, the recipes I have for this week are on point! 😉👌🏻today I’m posting this really yummy Boneless Buffalo Chicken Wings! 😋🧡 honestly it’s not because I made them but I’m actually proud of myself because they turned out really good!! I’m sure you’ll love them too! Ingredients: - 2 lbs @heb boneless skinless chicken tenders - 3 cups blanched almond flour - 1/2 teaspoon salt - 1 teaspoon pepper - 2 teaspoons @mccormickspice garlic powder - 1 teaspoon @adams1888 paprika - 4 @central_market eggs - 1 1/4 cup @thenewprimal Medium buffalo sauce - @chosenfoods Avocado oil Method: - Preheat oven to 425F - In a medium size mixing bowl whisk the eggs - In another medium size mixing bowl add the almond flour and spices and mix well - Pat dry the chicken tenders first, then start the breading process by dipping the chicken tenders in the egg, then place them in the flour mix until they’re all well coated. If you want them extra crispy, repeat this process again for each chicken tender. - When you finish the breading process, place them on a baking sheet sprayed with avocado oil - Place them in the oven for 10min and then flip them. Bake then for 10 more minutes - Let them cool down and then start dipping them in the buffalo sauce and let them dry on a cookie drying rack. Now just enjoy and dip them in your favorite sauce!! I found this @primalkitchenfoods Ranch which was delightful!! But you choose the one you like!! 😉🤤 hope you enjoy them for football Sunday or any other day you want! 😋

Keto Beef Zucchini Enchiladas😱⁠ What Makes the Difference Between People Who Succeed and Fail on the Keto Diet… (Link in the bio @ketosis.tips )⁠ .⁠ INGREDIENTS⁠ 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil ⁠ 1 large onion, chopped ⁠ Kosher salt ⁠ Freshly ground black pepper ⁠ 2 cloves garlic, minced ⁠ 1 lb. organic grass-fed ground beef⁠ 2 tsp. chili powder ⁠ 1 tsp. cumin⁠ 1 1/2 c. red enchilada sauce, divided ⁠ 4 large zucchini, halved lengthwise ⁠ 1 c. shredded Monterey jack ⁠ 1 c. shredded cheddar ⁠ Sour cream, for drizzling⁠ Freshly chopped cilantro, for serving⁠ .⁠ DIRECTIONS⁠ Preheat oven to 350° and grease a 9”-x-13” baking pan with cooking spray. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add onion and cook until soft, 5 minutes, then add garlic and cook until fragrant, 1 minute more. Add organic grass-fed ground beef and cook, breaking up meat with a wooden spoon, until no longer pink, about 6 minutes. Drain fat. ⁠ Return skillet to stove then add 1 cup enchilada sauce, chili powder, and cumin. Season with salt and pepper. Let simmer 5 minutes. ⁠ On a cutting board, use a Y-shaped vegetable peeler to make thin slices of zucchini. Lay out three slices, slightly overlapping, and place a spoonful of beef mixture on top. Roll up and transfer to baking dish. Sprouts Fara! 😋😊 . . Fara (Pitha/Gointha or Goojha) is a very popular snack in Eastern UP and Bihar. I was introduced to this dish 12/14 years back by my neighbour (and a good friend now) when they had moved from Hoshiarpur (UP) to Nagpur. We all loved the taste and over the next few months I gave it a try couple of times, before I perfected it. 😊 . . And as a curious cook, what do you do when you master the basic recipe? Experiment with other variations, right!? I made them wheat flour, rice flour, ragi flour, steamed and boiled instead of fried and so forth. They tasted great in most of them. 😃😃 . . This variation though is a healthier one among all of them. I used bran flour for the outer layer, desi chana sprout, methi and spring onion for the stuffing. These Fara were boiled in salt and hing (Asafoetida) - this helps in easy digestion and increases metabolism and fried in olive oil with mustard seeds, Jeera, turmeric and sesame seeds. . . Have them whole or cut it for a spread. We made two versions of it garnished with coconut and without. It did taste better with coconut though. . .
