Ya que este bien guisado agrega las verduras y baja el fuego tapa para que ablanden, ya que estén bien acitronadas agrega el arroz previamente cocido y revolvemos bien para incorporar los ingredientes aquí es donde hechas una cdita de jugo Maggi bajo en sodio. Revolvemos y tapamos. Since today is #toasttuesday I figured it was time to make one of my all time favorite lunches: garlic mushroom toast 🍞 Take your favorite type of bread (I used a take and bake while grain loaf from Coborns) and toast that bad boy up. While the bread is toasting sauté some sliced portobello mushrooms and 1/2 clove of garlic with some rosemary and parsley in @earthbalance butter. Once the mushrooms are soft add in a handful of spinach and let soften. Once the toast is done, top with your preferred flavor of hummus (I used roasted red pepper) and your mixture of mushrooms and spinach! To top it off sprinkle some more rosemary seasoning and cracked back pepper on top. ✨𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐝 𝐁𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐏𝐞𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬✨⁣ ⁣ This recipe is so darn good, and I find myself constantly putting it on repeat! Got this from my girl @court_mealpreps ⁣ ⁣ 𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 ⁣ •4 bell peppers, halved & deseeded⁣ •1/2 rotisserie chicken, shredded ⁣ •4 oz cream cheese, softened ⁣ •4 oz shredded mozzarella ⁣ •1 can of corn ⁣ •1 tsp olive oil ⁣ •1/2-1 tsp of chives, parsley, garlic powder ⁣ •1/4- 1/2 tsp of salt & pepper ⁣ ⁣ 𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐔𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒⁣ 1. Preheat oven to 400*. Rinse peppers and wrap in damp paper towels and place in microwave. Microwave bell peppers for 5 mins and then set aside to cool. ⁣ 2. While peppers are cooling, in a skillet mix together chicken, cream cheese, mozzarella, corn, olive oil and seasonings. Heat together on low. ⁣ 3. When mixture is well combined, fill the bell peppers and place in a lightly oiled baking dish. ⁣ 4. Cook for 15 minutes, remove and sprinkle more mozzarella on top, then broil until browned.⁣ ⁣ Whether you choose to eat them by themselves or serve them up with some steamed rice, I’m sure you’ll love them! Et on en a vraiment besoin en ce mois de novembre enneigé! ❄️⛄️. . Je vous donne les ingrédients pour griller 454g(1lb) de poitrines de poulet: • Couper les poitrines en 6 morceaux. • Dans un bol, mélanger: • 1c.à table(15ml) d’huile d’olive. • 1c.à table(15ml) d’origan séché. • 1c.à table(15ml) de poudre de chili. • Saler et poivrer au goût. 👉En recouvrir les morceaux de poulet des deux côtés. • Griller les morceaux de poulet au BBQ ou dans une poêle striée, antiadhésive jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient cuits. • Couper les gros morceaux en petits cubes. . 👩🏻‍🍳Pour la salade: • Laitues mélangées au goût. • Feuilles de chou Kale que j’ai fait revenir dans une poêle avec de l’huile d’olive. • Brocoli 🥦 blanchit. • Poivron rouge en lanières. • Avocat 🥑 en tranches. • Arilles de grenade. 👉Disposer tous les ingrédients dans un grand bol en commençant par la laitue et en terminant avec les arilles de grenade. She did have fun splashing her milk all over her Daddy this morning which I found very funny 🤣 Lunchtime she had pretty much all of it apart from half the Ginger Teething biscuit as I took it away from her after she took a huge mouthful and struggled to swallow it whilst I was having a mild panic attack wondering if she was going to choke. Dinner...well I don’t know what I was thinking. I can’t get my dishes to look as pretty as @lorianh, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t good! • While in Tupelo, MS this weekend, I tried a fantastic protein bowl which I tried to replicate. Didn’t turn out as pretty to say the least but still delicious 😅 • It only requires 3 ingredients sweet potatoes, eggs, and sausage. Now feel free to add more to this dish. I added chicken to mine while in Tupelo. • When I made the dish, I cooked the sausage and sweet potatoes first then I scrambled the eggs and mixed in the sausage and sweet potatoes when the eggs were almost done. • Here are the macros based on using 3 eggs, 2oz of sausage, and 4oz of sweet potatoes: Protein: 33g Carbs: 25g Fat: 28g • Give it a try and let me know what you think! Entonces repasemos, Pan integral + huevos revueltos + tomate y orégano + queso: El pan integral es mi pan casero, que es lo más ❤ (ya subí la receta), cociné 1 huevo entero + una clara (previamente batidos) en wok apenas aceitado, corté tomate en rodajas, y le di un toque de sabor con el orégano! Es súper completo ya que aportamos ✔carbohidratos complejos y ✔fibra (pan) ✔ proteínas completas (huevo y queso) ✔ fibra (tomate) lo que nos va saciar por muuucho rato, si sos de picotear entre hs te viene bárbaro 😉 Que tengan linda semana! 😘 Lic. 🍛 Fall Veggie & Quinoa Stew ⏲ Under 30 mins | Serves 8 Comin’ in HOT 🔥 with the PERFECT Fall recipe 🍂 This super COZY bowl of chili 🤗 It’s been raining a lot here in Houston due to a tropical depression ⛈ so it’s brought on just SLIGHTLY cooler weather 😍 So all I’ve wanted to do is snuggle up on the couch & enjoy some hot foods 🍲 Nothing beats this nutritious veggie packed stew 👌🏼 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Deets👇🏼 ▫️1/4 Onion, chopped ▫️2 cloves Garlic ▫️1/2 tsp Ginger ▫️1/2 can Chickpeas, strained ▫️1 small Sweet Potato, cubed ▫️1 cup Butternut Squash, cubed ▫️1/2 Jalapeño, chopped ▫️Frozen Peas ▫️1 cup Crushed Tomatoes ▫️2.5 cups Vegetable Broth ▫️1/2 cup Tricolored Quinoa ▫️1/4 cup Green Lentils ▫️2 handfuls Spinach ▫️Seasonings - Chili Powder, Cumin, Smoked Paprika, Salt & Pepper ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ How To⁉️ ▫️Prepare all your veggies. Then in a pot, add in some avocado oil & sauté the onions, garlic, & ginger for 3-5 mins. Then add in all the seasonings. (Add lots of everything since you will be adding a lot of veggies & liquids & you don’t want the flavor to end up being bland). Mix everything in well. ▫️Then add in the chickpeas, sweet potato, squash, jalapeño, & frozen peas. Sauté for 1-2 mins. ▫️Add in the crushed tomatoes, vegetable broth, quinoa, & lentils. Stir together, cover, & let simmer for 15 mins. (If you have lost too much liquid, add water or more broth). ▫️After 15 mins, the quinoa should be cooked.
