Chia pudding con frozen di mango 馃キ 馃ぉ馃枻 Buongiorno a tutti ragazzi oggi vi propongo una ricetta molto semplice e veloce da preparare ma alla stesso tempo molto gustosa 馃構 Per il chia pudding ho preso 30 gr di semi di chia e li ho uniti con 120 ml di latte di cocco, li ho mischiati e fatti riposare tutta la notte in frigor. La mattina dopo ho frullato 100 gr di mango frozen con mezzo bicchiere di latte di cocco fino ad ottenere un composto liscio e cremoso. Quickie spread for the week. Since family was in town, i got a late start and had to make something quick and easy. For breakfast, oatmeal with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter. Lunch/post workout meal, crockpot mexican inspired chicken, black beans, and mixed veggies(put in a crockpot with half-3/4 of a jar of salsa for 2.5-3 hrs). For dinner, healthy spin on chinese shrimp with broccoli (using coconut aminos and chinese 5 spice) with jasmine rice. Snacks: almonds, fruit, and greek yogurt parfaits. Blueberry pie Blueberries 250 gr Eggs 2 pcs Sugar 120 g Cream 10% 70 ml Butter 90 g Flour 200 g Salt 1 tsp Dough baking powder 1 tsp. Beat eggs with sugar, add cream, softened butter and mix. Mix flour with baking powder and add to the dough. Mix well until smooth. Add berries, mix gently. Put the dough in the mold. Bake for 45 minutes at t180C. You can also make this into muffins. 鉂囷笍Ingredients 1 tablespoon coconut oil 4 ripe bananas 8 egg whites 1/3 cup natural peanut butter 4 tablespoon unsweetened apple sauce 1 cup oat flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp cinnamon 鉂囷笍Preheat oven to 350F and lightly coat an 8 by 4 inch loaf pan with half the coconut oil. Mash bananas and combine with eggs, then add the rest of the ingredients and combine. Pour the butter into the greased loaf pan and bake for 45 mins. Don鈥檛 forget to stir well. * Add tomato sauce, broth, salt, and pepper and stir well to combine all the ingredients together. * Cook for 7 minutes. * Add peas and cook for more 2 minutes. * Top with mozzarella cheese and cover the skillet just to melt the cheese. Living for this healthy dinner and killer leg day!馃挭馃徏 This dinner was herb and garlic shrimp, @eatbanza pasta and saut茅ed zucchini. I had a side dish of Alfredo sauce to make sure I didn鈥檛 over do it, but the shrimp was so good I barely used any! I am a huge pasta lover so finding a pasta that was lower in carbs and higher in protein was a huge win for me. My biggest struggle is that I don鈥檛 want to ever have to cut anything out of my diet. That usually leads to binge eating or crazy cheat days that make you feel awful in the end. If you eat everything, but in moderation and healthy amounts, you鈥檙e going to enjoy what you eat way more!
