2. Use the 5 second rule and get your ass out of bed!
3. Immediately state #1
things your grateful for in that moment.
4. Ask yourself “what do I need today?” And pick one thing: 👆🏻
✅Self Care (eating a home-cooked meal,meditating, journalling exercise, connecting with friends) ✅Joy: Find something you absolutely love to do that you have not done in a long time
✅Boundaries: say #no
to something that doesn’t serve you
✅Tune into your inner wisdom because it’s never wrong!
✅Don’t over complicate it... one thing per day! Small action tasks daily... will amount to change in the long term, I promise 💜
