HEALTHY VEGAN fresh baked WAFFLES: here my guilt free breakfast recipe:) —————— RECIPE ————————
INGREDIENTS: (2 waffles)
1 cup grounded oats
2 tbsp desiccated coconut (optional)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup plant based milk + 1 tsp apple
1 egg replacer (1 banana or **) 1/2 vanilla extract
3 TBSP maple sirup (optional)***
Firstly mix the dry ingredients together. Prepare the egg replacer, mash banana. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.
Combine everything well. And start baking in a waffle maker. ** other replacements: 1 tsp ground chia or flax seeds combined with 3 tbsp water, set aside for 5 minutes ***I like to use banana as a egg replacement as I don’t need to add any other sweetener.👐
I love lentils and brown rice! This daal (lentils) was @made.by.rani , and I bought some saag aloo because I really wanted it! 😋. I hope you’ve all had something lovely to eat as well, or have a delicious meal planned. I think it’s so important to eat healthy but also food that tastes wonderful! You shouldn’t have to compromise on any one of those two!
