How I really ended up in improv?
A year ago, I was really feeling lost. You know that kind of feeling that you're just waking up, doing your usual routine, just existing in this world without purpose anymore?
Money, food, travel, relationships, achievements weren't fulfilling as they used to before. I wanted something else but wasn't sure what was I looking for that time.
I was so exhausted, not feeling my usual self. That's how I felt.
I allowed myself to be miserable for a month. Until one day, I woke up and I wanted to do some changes and finally "live my life." After my Bangkok solo travel, I promised myself to do things that scares me the most and use painful experiences to create something beautiful.
In a year of self discovery, I've also found things that made me happy, learned new skills, enjoyed fun filled activities and met people who really inspired me.
And I feel improv is finally "my one thing"
In 1 year of doing Improv, it really helped me see and appreciate things in a better way, learned to be in the moment, to celebrate mistakes, to connect genuinely with other people, say yes to new experiences and let the kid inside of me enjoy life again. ♡ ---------------------------
