: I get more and more questions everyday on how I got started with keto or a big one, what do I eat.
HONESTLY! I just started. I didn’t know what I was doing and I was fine with that. I literally just cut out what I knew were carbs. Bread, chips, tortillas, potatoes, rice etc.
Said I would workout for at least 30 minutes a day and drink half my body weight in oz’s of water. That’s it. As the months went by, I learned more about what has carbs in it, my workouts got longer and harder, and most important. I STAYED CONSISTENT!!! Doesn’t have to be perfect. You don’t have to know everything. You just have to try.
