I was MIA yesterday for a much needed day “off”
I had lunch with a friend I haven’t seen in a while and we had poke bowls from @t4_and_poke
(I normally add spring mix, crab salad - yep has carbs and sugar but occasionally works for me, shrimps, salmon, tuna, cucumbers, green onions, kimchi, seaweed salad, ginger, tobiko, pickled cucumbers, sriracha mayo, & sesame seeds.)
One of my favorite treat meals!

my brother in law, and I went to have dinner at Taqueria Molcajetes.
If you are local and haven’t tried it out in Santa Rosa, you should. Best place hands down!
We got a carne molcajetes & a mixed one. Pretty darn spicy but good! @lowcarb.fam
brought our own “rice” and tortilla from @missionfoodsus
Cheese looks amazing but none for me as I’m dairy free and even if it was a treat, I’ve had a small amount since I became dairy free over a month ago and it hurts my stomach and gives me a rash. 🙅🏻♀️🙅🏻♀️
(I did indulge in two tortillas because this place has the BEST tortillas! No regrets!)
