We’ve never lived this life as her/him. _ So, we self-sabotage to prevent us from stepping into this new, foreign identity. ‼️The big question: How do we move through this? - ✅ Through the means that speaks to you - whether that be journaling about who this new man/woman is (what does he/she think about? Since joining munro fitness mid August I've been putting pressure on myself to be nailing it on all fronts - keeping a calorie deficit, hitting my macros, perfect tracking, smash it in the gym, cook amazing meals, start meditating, have a brilliant skin care routine and the rest. Safe to say I've cracked under pressure at every turn. I've maybe managed one full week of tracking and the rest has just been a big fat fail which has led to a ton of emotional eating and just feeling crap in general. But a post on @munro_fitness earlier today made me realise I don't need to be nailing everything all at once. I've never counted macros before or really done calorie counting in general so I'm going to start focusing on maintaining a calorie deficit then I can work on nailing the macros. 🍥 •• Zucchini Bread Oats •• 🍥⁣ ⁣ @sdangerfit Carrot cake oats have been everywhere and I wanted to give them a try ! I already had some shredded zucchini so I changed them up a bit to keep up with my zucchini bread obsession rn🥳⁣ ⁣ Ingredients:⁣ • 40 grams oats⁣ • 125 grams liquid egg whites ⁣ • 80 grams shredded zucchini⁣ • Walden farms maple syrup ⁣ • cinnamon, and nutmeg ⁣ • 10 grams Cinnamon Toffee Crunch @official_allamericanbutter ⁣ ⁣ Bring 1 1/3 cups of water to a boil. Add the oats and zucchini to the water, lower heat a little and cook for 4 minutes. Now add the egg whites and stir for 1-2 minutes. Add your spices and syrup and pour into a bowl! In food processor or nutribullet, grind 1 Tbsp coconut flakes into fine powder. Mix with greek yogurt and ⅛ tsp almond extract. Set aside. 2. J’ai mélangé 1 cuillère à soupe de charbon actif, une d’isolat de pois @bulkpowders , une de farine d’avoine, un scoop de whey, 2 œufs, 10cl de lait et complété avec de l’eau jusqu’à avoir une pâte fluide . Sunday pasta party 🎉 🤣 en deux versions : penne avec une sauce au ´restes ´ de houmous ( pink houmous ( recette sur mon compte Instagram) dilué avec un peu d’eau et de concentré de tomates utilisé tout simplement en sauce! Et sur l’autre photo on a des gnocchis à la crème ( végétale) : j ai fais revenir mes gnocchis dans une poêle légèrement huilée, une fois dorés on réserve, on déglace cette même poêle avec un peu de bouillon, sel, poivre, muscade. On rajoute 20 cl de crème de soja cuisine, une cuillère à soupe de levure maltée. Je passe au mixeur plongeant pour qu’il n’y ai pas les grumeaux de la crème soja qui ne fond pas dans la sauce comme une ´vraie ´ crème et je nappe les gnocchis. 🍓PB & J CEREAL🥜 • My dudes I have been eagerly waiting for this damn thing to drop and the whole time expectations have only risen. From smashing uncrustables as a kid or pan frying my own with what I can only imagine was about 8 tablespoons of PB in high school I love me some Pb&J action. • This @aldiusa cereal did not disappoint, but also did not blow me away. I think they nailed it for sure however nothing revolutionary. It’s the best part of Reese’s puffs with the best part of crunch berries. And DONT come at me with peanut butter crunch, that one is hella weak. • DRY: first opened it and crunch berry smell hit me, another deep belly whiff and you get the PB smell. It has that classic, mouth destroying, crunch from the captain that we all love. Pb pieces have a great dusty nutty coating. Strawberry pieces were solid but that’s where it was lacking to me. Didn’t pack enough strawberry punch. IN MILK: flavor.. completely dissipates. The puffs have a great texture in milk and it’s very tasty but man flavor was done quick. • Very surprised that the strawberry is the piece lacking to me, typically PB is where brands fall flat. Instant favorite? Nah, would buy again? 10000%. So good dry or as a yogurt topper. Imma call it an 8-8.5/10. Very high but doesn’t touch my dynasty level cereals, CTC, Golden Grahams, waffle crisp.. • • •
quest s’mores we don’t really have s’mores over here so i’ve never actually tried it or had a graham cracker for that matter, but if this is what it tastes like, I’m a fan. the base flavour is a sweet vanilla flavour with, again, the perfect pinch of salt and a warm spiced cinnamon taste. the base is incredibly soft and the add ins and chunks in this flavour are so plentiful and absolutely divine. lots of semi sweet chocolate chunks and crumbly graham cracker-esque pieces. for a s’mores flavour, it’s lacking a little in terms of marshmallow-ness, which comes primarily from the sweet vanilla base and aftertaste. I really love this flavour; the combination of vanilla, chocolate and biscuit is absolutely perfect and even without a pronounced marshmallow element, i’m not at all disappointed. a seriously good bar and definitely ranks as one of my top favourites! I was able to get six big muffins out of this recipe ... one of which I deemed the taste test muffin 🙊 ... and I can confirm these are delicious 🤤. On a scale of 1-to-HELLyeahh how much do you want one of these #sugarfree poptarts? I made a #glutenfree protein based crust using @happyway vanilla protein and stuffed them full with @natvialiving strawberry jam 🍓 PROTEIN CRUST 3/4 C almond flour 1/4 C vanilla @happywayau 2 tsp @niulife ghee/coconut oil 1 egg Sift dry ingredients together, fold through wet ingredients and roll pie dough into a thin crust. Cut into 12 rectangles (half for the bottoms and half for the tops) and spoon strawberry jam into the centre of 6. Place remaining 6 rectangles over the top and seal the edges with a fork. Bake for 10 mins at 180 until golden. For the icing I used @natvialiving sugarfree icing, a splash of almond milk and pink food colouring 🌈🌈 @happywayrecipes

I added coconut flour to my oats with a scoop of vanilla protein powder and cacao powder and covered with boiling water, then put a lid on. Then I went to the gym, and my cakey oats were waiting for me. I topped my oats with strawberries, coconut flakes, hemp seeds, mulberries and peanut butter.
