No chopping/blending = minimal mess + maximum yum + a meal made in 20 minutes 🙌🏻.⠀ -⠀ whatsonmyplate: pan-grilled garlic-BBQ shrimp 🍤 (season shrimp with @primalpalate BBQ seasoning; in a pan, heat 1 tablespoon garlic ghee for one minute; add shrimp and sauté for 3-4 minutes on each side) •• crispy cauliflower gnocchi (cooking tutorial in my story highlights 🎥) tossed in TJs kale, cashew, & basil pesto •• sautéed garlic ghee spinach & cremini mushrooms w/ red pepper and parmesan cheese.⠀ -⠀ My heart and stomach are full as I wrap up a whirlwind week on the east coast best described as great friends + great food (lots of pics from all the new @natprodexpo product finds in my stories today 🍪☕️🍿). I tried this new recipe called “Animal Style Cauliflower” by @ilanamuhlsteinrd tonight and it did not disappoint. It was simple, quick and minimal ingredients. All things I like! Here is the recipe if you want to give it a try. Let me know if you like it! 1 large (or 2 small) cauliflower heads into florets, about 7 cups ⁣ - 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon of taco seasoning*⁣ - 1 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese⁣ - 1/2 cup thousand island dressing, mixed with 1 ounce of hot water ⁣ ⁣ 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. ⁣ 2. Place cauliflower on a sheet pan coated with nonstick spray. Lightly coat the cauliflower with oil spray and top with 1 tablespoon of taco seasoning. Toss. Cook at 400° for 20-25 minutes. ⁣ 3. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with 1 more teaspoon of taco seasoning and 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 400° for another 10 minutes. ⁣ 4. Uncover and top with an additional 1/3 cup of cheese. Sus pasteles, que son gigantes por cierto, se piden con dos días de anticipación y la ubicación es algo tediosa de encontrar pero está en la Av. Cesar Canevaro 270 en SJM. Si lo ponen en google maps llegan al lugar fácilmente. Es una casita con rejas negras ! Chicken spaghetti night! I forgot to include cheese in the photo which is pretty important, lol. This is really more of a taco chicken spaghetti. I got the recipe from The Country Cook, link below. Whole casserole (no toppings or sides) was about $10. This gave about 8 servings, which comes to $1.25 a serving. You could make it cheaper by using chicken breast instead of a rotisserie chicken. Also this would freeze well just cook the noodles to al dente. Today was a killer meal prep day! . We had friends come over for a diffuser blends party so I decided to make the most of it and bulk cook for the week. Instructions: * For the shrimp: Mix together the olive oil, oregano, red pepper, garlic and lemon zest and juice. Add the shrimp and toss to coat. Season with about 1/4 teaspoon salt and black pepper. *For the vegetables: In a large bowl, whisk the olive oil and garlic. Add the broccoli, asparagus, tomatoes and toss to coat. Here’s a little Saturday treat, fresh fish cakes. It’s super simple to make and a great addition to any meal. Enjoy! Place 3-4 potatoes (mashed) and 1lb of fish, chopped garlic green onions and herbs of your choice in a large bowl and combine. Whisk 1 large egg with 1tsp salt and black pepper. Add to the mix and combine. For 7-8 patties form the mixture into a slightly round/oval shape. Cover each of them in flour and breadcrumbs. Place some oil in a skillet over medium heat. Then cook each side to a golden brown consistency. Super easy keto and Whole30 GAME DAY brunch 🏈🍳 Buffalo Cauliflower Rice Brunch Bowls! Only 6 ingredients and soooo good!! And it all comes together in about 15 minutes!! Buffalo Cauliflower Rice Brunch Bowls (4 servings) —Ingredients— 1 large head cauliflower 6 cloves garlic Texas Pete Hot Sauce 8-10 cups baby spinach 3 Tbsp ghee 8 eggs Sea salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes —Directions— 1. Pulse cauliflower florets and garlic in a food processor to make the cauliflower rice. Work in batches. 2. Sauté cauliflower rice for 5 minutes in skillet with 2 Tbsp ghee over medium heat. Season to taste with Texas Pete and sea salt. Remove to bowls. 3. Sauté spinach for 1 minute in skillet over medium heat in ½ Tbsp ghee. Season to taste with sea salt. Remove to bowls. 4. Fry eggs in skillet over medium heat in ½ Tbsp ghee (about 1.5 mins per side). Remove to bowls. 5. Top with a sprinkle of sea salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and more Texas Pete. Enjoy!

Fun fact: did you know you can bake turkey burgers? Sometimes we don’t want to (or can’t) get the grill out to meal prep burgers... so a few weeks ago, we tried baking the turkey burgers. Turns out... it’s a great way to cook them! We usually do it at 375 for 15-20 minutes.
POKE 🥔🍓🍅🥑 Se trata de una ensalada de origen hawaiano, que contiene base de carbohidratos (Quinoa, patata asada o cocida o arroz), una capa de vitaminas y otra de proteínas que suele consistir básicamente en pescado crudo como atún rojo, salmón ahumado u otros tipos de sashimi. Se puede incluír la proteína a través de tofu o seitán. El seitán al curry, que venden en Carrefour está buenísimo si os gusta el sabor de esta especie y os dará un toque muy bueno. También se puede añadir gambas y/o pulpo cocido. Hoy he hecho dos. Uno con salmón ahumado y otro con seitán al curry con base de patata asada. Para añadir las vitaminas, le añadiremos toda aquella fruta fresca que queramos y nos guste. 😋 Se recomienda manzana, piña, mango, melón, paraguayas, mango (le da un toque muy exótico), fresas, ciruelas (rojas o amarillas). Los tomates cherrys y el pepino también le va muy bien a la receta. Con respecto a lo último, el aderezo, originalmente lleva mayonesa japonesa (no lo he probado nunca con ello) soja con o sin wasabi. La que yo hago la verdad que le va muy bien. Lleva un tomate de tamaño normal, un puñado de verduras cortadas que compro en el Mercadona. Podéis encontrarla en la sección de frutería, en los refrigerados. Al tomate y mix de verduras, le echas un poquito de aceite de oliva, vinagre de manzana, curry (si te gusta) si no, cúrcuma (por sus beneficios para la salud) y sal marina o del himalaya. Todo eso lo meto en la Thermomix a tope, durante unos segundos hasta que me queda la salsa finita. La sal y al vinagre, dependerá del gusto de cada uno. Aunque yo no lo he hecho hoy tampoco, puedes añadirle si te gusta un poco de sésamo por encima antes de servir. Recuerda, que es un plato frío.
