Okay y’all my last post was so serious, but I now actually have quite a serious question to ask you guys... are you team smooth or crunchy nut butter? I am hands down team smooth because having chunky nuts in a nut butter makes no sense to me. Like come on guys, only granola is reserved for the crunch factor 😉 I’m eating my own words since I ordered some nuttzo last week because of all the positive reviews I’ve heard about it and wanted to test it it myself. I only discovered it was a crunchy nut butter until after it got ordered and shipped out🤭 it’s an entire 27 ounce jar so I’m sure I’ll be more team crunchy by the time I get to the bottom of the jar 🙈 but for now I give the actual taste of the nut butter a 10/10 🤩 deats: vanilla maca stovetop proats with pear, banana, kiwi, and some nuttzo butter

Due to the fat & cholesterol in egg yolks, it is going to be debated until the end of time whether or not eggs are bad for your health. However, studies have found time and time again that the cholesterol in eggs has no effect on overall blood cholesterol levels. Cholesterol aside, one thing you simply cannot debate is how nutrient-rich egg yolks truly are. While egg whites are a great source of protein, if you remove yolks completely, you’re missing out on so much more! Eating egg whites is a popular choice amongst dieters because they are super low calorie and high protein. If volume eating is your goal, you can eat significantly more egg whites for the same amount of calories as whole eggs. But again, you’re leaving lots of nutrients on the table…or in the trash. Personally, I opt for whole eggs. If I am watching calories and/or trying to maximize volume, sometimes I will add extra egg whites to my eggs. But leaving the yolks out just isn’t the same! I love those little guys. For me, nothing beats an over-easy egg with a runny yolk… on top of pretty much anything. Ingredients (for 4 servings) SAUCE * 7 cups crushed tomato * ⅓ cup onion, chopped * 2 cloves garlic, crushed * 2 teaspoons dried basil * 1 teaspoon dried oregano * ½ teaspoon pepper * ½ teaspoon salt MEATBALLS * 1 lb beef * 1 lb mild sausage * 1 cup breadcrumb * ⅓ cup onion, chopped * ¼ cup parmesan cheese * 1 teaspoon onion powder * 1 teaspoon garlic powder * 1 teaspoon dried thyme * 1 teaspoon dried oregano * ½ teaspoon salt * ½ teaspoon pepper * 2 eggs * 4 sticks mozzarella cheese, cut into 4-5 even pieces each * ½ cup whole milk * ½ cup parsley - - Preparation * Combine all sauce ingredients in slow cooker and stir. Set to high and cover while making meatballs, or for 30 minutes. (Or use pre-made/canned sauce.) * Combine all meatball ingredients except the mozzarella in a large bowl. Using your hands, mix until fully combined. * Take a golf ball sized piece of the ground beef mixture and place a piece of mozzarella in the middle. Press meat around the piece of cheese, fully enclosing it. Repeat until all meat is used. * Place meatballs in slow cooker and submerge in sauce. * Cover and cook on high for 2-2½ hours, or until meat is fully cooked. * Serve by itself or over pasta. * Enjoy! Your entire digestive tract and digestive enzyme production, the glands that produce crucial hormones, the trillions of bacteria living in your gut, the pH balance of your system, your immune health, your body’s ability to excrete metabolic waste, etc . I can tell you with 100% certainty that it is a night and day difference in how I feel when I am consistently taking #MicroFactor and #OptiGreens50 vs. when I run out for a day or two(or more because of hurricanes). INGREDIENTS: ✔️1 cup @ottos_cassava_flour ✔️1 cup almond meal or cashew meal (make in food processor or buy) ✔️1 teaspoon baking soda ✔️¼ cup olive oil ✔️1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar ✔️3 generous tablespoons honey ✔️6 eggs ✔️½ teaspoon salt INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Put dry ingredients in food processor (or blender) and mix. Add wet ingredients and blend until creamy, it will be runnier than other homemade bread recipes. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake until nice and brown approximately 35-50 mins or so, depending on your oven. Top should be nice and brown.
