💜baked oatmeal💜 -2 cups oats -2eggs/ flax eggs . -1 cup soy milk -scoop protein -cinammon and vanilla -1 cup fresh blueberries . -1/3 cup honey/ agave . -1 tsp baking soda +1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1. Mix all of the dry and wet ingredients together. Then combine both and add the blueberries. 2. Pour into a baking mould and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 30/40 minutes 3. Let cool and enjoy! Perfect for breakfast!
Peanut butter cake bowl 😍 mixed up my usual cheesecake bowl, and used oats instead of grape nuts- giving the base a proper cakey texture 🤤 40g oats, mixed with 1tbsp of sweetener, a few @myproteinuk peanut butter drops and some chocolate syrup, covered with enough boiling water just to cover it and left to absorb! Topping is 200g of quark, mixed with some more peanut butter drops, and 10g of chocolate chips! Spread on top of the oats and leave in the fridge overnight. Toppings are half a small banana and 6g of @pbfit.uk 😍 this was insane 🔥 Calories and macros: Calories|384| Protein|32.6g| Carbs|43.3g| Fat|8.2g

A day of what I used to eat! —Calories and macros update— . 🤔Would you think this is not healthy or not enough for a woman who lifts weight x4 and cardio x2 a week, 5’7’’ tall, 143 pounds, 32 years old? Well the reality is; it LOOKS enough and healthy however, it surely wasn’t enough for me! . ❌I used to consume 1400-1500 calories a day and workout 6x a week in order to keep losing weight! I was constantly hungry and always thought that there was something wrong with me and I was kind of ashamed when some of you were writing that I eat too much food and despite that I was still hungry! The reality is; I was eating high volume food so I could fight my hunger cues but they had not enough calories! Just lots of vegetables… Consuming only 100 g carbs and 40 g fat a day for over 7 months and then end up eating almost a whole jar of peanut butter at one sitting is not healthy! Honestly I always lived like this! Little food, too much exercise! Cause I’ve always had weight issues and it was a massive problem for me! I LOVE food and I LOVE eating! I am an exact definition of a person who lives to eat! Living like this was not something I wanted to do for the rest of my life! Lose weight by starving myself, gain it back by binge eating over and over again!!!! . ✅ Now I am on a completely different journey with the help of my nutrition coach @lauriechristineking !! This is totally outside my comfort zone cause I consume almost double the amount of calories and workout not more than 4x a week however, I feel happy, energetic, I am overall a better human being, sleep better, way more productive and have better relationship with food! 🙏🏻I accept my body the way it looks right now cause I am healthier and happier inside! Aesthetics is not my priority at the moment! This journey will take a long time and I am ok with that too!! Steel-cut oats are so much more hearty and flavourful, I love it! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Good thing I made this discovery right with the change of seasons. . Rezept für selbstgemachtes Deo: -2 El Kokosöl -1 Tl Natron -1/2 Tl Salz -1/2 Tl Speisestärke Zuerst das Natron & Salz in einem Mörser etwas verfeinern. Dann das Kokosöl im Wasserbad schmelzen & zu den restlichen Zutaten hinzu- geben. Alles gut vermissen, in ein kleines Glas füllen & abkühlen lassen, dabei immer wieder umrühren!! (Sonst setzt es sich ab) Bei Zimmertemperatur ist das Deo fest, im Sommer sollte es am Besten im Kühlschrank gelagert werden. Für mich ist das das wirksamste Deo, vorallem weiß man, welche Zutaten darin sind & es ist sicher ohne schäd- liche Stoffe, wie zb Aluminium.

Whoa it’s halfway through the week 😯 Coming back from a bit of a break because 1) good lighting is at a minimum with having to leave most days before sunrise for my classes and 2) because I needed a mental break from posting about food. I’m going to be real here for a second, but some stuff happened last week that brought back a lot of ed flashbacks and it just made for an overall stressful/draining week. The past year and a half has had a m a z i n g moments but also some moments that I blocked from memory and that had made a presence in my mind again during the week. Now this leads me to my Trader Joe’s grocery shopping trip last Saturday ( I promise this relates 🙂) Literally on a whim, I saw some bagged popcorn and threw it in my buggy without giving it a second thought. It wasn’t until after I opened the bag the next day because I was hungry and wanted a snack did I have an ed flashback. Popcorn was what I ate every night before bed. It was the one thing I’d allow myself to eat when I was hungry. I had completely blocked that memory from my mind for like a whole year until last week. However, in that moment it made me proud at how far I’ve come. I wasn’t eating popcorn because of a stupid food rule I’d made, but ate it because its what I had craved right then and there and you know what? Thirty minutes later, I was still hungry and helped myself to more goodies 😍 #nofoodrules ANYWAY, long story short, I’m feeling good now and happy to be back but will most likely only post on the weekends this semester from here on out because of my crazy schedule 😬 deats: matcha oats with banana coins and the last of my sunbutter 😩

Here’s how to make ‘em: • Pumpkin Energy Bites 1/2 c pumpkin purée 1/3 c peanut butter (or any nut/ seed butter) 1/4 c maple syrup 1 2/3 c instant oats (could also use rolled, they’ll just have a heartier texture) 1 t cinnamon Mix in of choice (I like chocolate chips and walnuts) Mix together pumpkin purée, nut/seed butter, maple syrup in a large bowl. Add in the oats, cinnamon and mix ins. Roll into balls and bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Don’t over bake you want them soft! One cup of @bobsredmill steel cut oats soaked in water and covered in the fridge for around 24 hours. I get it ready one morning and eat it the next morning. I put the oats in a fine mesh strainer and rinse when I’m ready to use. I still use the microwave daily 🙈 ( I don’t cover anything with plastic though). I divide the oats into two servings and heat each for around 30 seconds- just a little warmth. I then throw in about a cup of frozen wild blueberries and mix together. Top with maple syrup or 🍯
