𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐚𝐧 𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧
2-4 Chicken breasts
2-4tbsp Sour cream
1/2c Panko bread crumbs
1 tsp Paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 425
In a bowl, mix together panko, Parmesan, paprika, a large drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Pat chicken dry with a paper towel; season all over with salt and pepper. Evenly brush one side of each chicken breast with sour cream. Sprinkle panko mixture onto coated sides, pressing to adhere.
Bake until chicken is cooked through, about 15-20 minutes.
I had mine with a side of green beans and potatoes as you can see! Easy, delicious and kid friendly.
