I’m back from a beautiful week at the #SivanandaYogaCamp
and I feel way more centred and I also met some really wonderful people:) It was something that I really needed after moving back to Canada and finding myself between two worlds and re-grounding myself here at home.
It was an intense week of physical, mental and spiritual #challenges.
But you cannot grow if you do not challenge yourself. The daily schedule was simple:5:30 AM wake, 6am to 7:30 meditation and Satsang, two hours of yoga at 8 AM, brunch at 10 AM. Karma yoga at 10:45. Philosophical lectures at noon. Free time from 2 to 4 PM; this is when I would walk to the lake on a daily basis, and maybe squeeze in a 20 minute power nap. 4 PM two hours of yoga. 6 PM dinner. 7:15 PM to about 9:30 #satsang
10pm lights out.
I certainly recommend this to anyone wishing to realign and recalibrate.
Prior knowledge of #Sivananda #yoga
is definitely recommended.
