Crazy crazy day today out from 7am till 11.30 then 4 till 10pm so need to be prepared or I will fail. So picky food it is today. I went for a SP salad with 1 for chicken 1 sun for salad creme, 3 slices of wholemeal crust less B CHOICE then cheese squares 1 A choice with speedy jelopean and tomatoes. Never ate the yoghurt as I was so full but 3 syns info want it later
Tonight in group is SP lentil soup to keep warm so i can sip on it when i need it love the bottle!!!! Just saying
And boiled eggs P and strawberry S for nibbles
Then it will be BED TIME AGAIN. fingers crossed for a good weight loss this week.
