It's definitely my favorite part of any day when I'm away: that moment when I decide to call it for the day and pinch my tent in a nice spot, preferably far from any other human. Once the tent is standing, the first thing is usually do is putting together my woodfire stove and starting to work on dinner. I never skipped a meal.
I also use the stove to boil water to fill up my bottle (although, depending where I am, I don't always bother...). Next on my camping routine: lighting a fire, drying clothes, cleaning equipment, reading... and when the time is right, maybe sipping a little drop of vodka. 🤭
Camping has many advantages, but the two I personally consider to be crucial are:
1 - It offers you great flexibility when you travel
2 - It allows you to spend more time in the wilderness
Do you like sleeping outdoor? What's your best camping memory? 🙂
