Basmati rice with bay leaves, basil leaves, celery and fennel seed. Steamed beet greens, cucumber and cilantro last with residual heat.
Stirfried corn, kale and beet greens with avocado oil, fennel seed, black seed and sea salt.
Baked zucchini and banana squash, seasoned with hingvastak, dried garden herbs, black pepper and sea salt.
Red curry with beets and husked mungdal as base.
Both rated 10/10, which is rare since I'm a picky eater myself. Super healing and pranic dinner!
