Oh Sunday, my get ready for the week day, my don’t want to anything, but have to do everything day. It’s also the day I sit down and redo our weekly budget. Budgeting sucks, but it helps calm the anxiety that bubbles up throughout the week. I don’t think the monthly fee for @ww
is bad, but if I’m half ass doing the program, it is a waste of $20. So, this week I’m dedicated to tracking EVERYTHING, good or bad. Really making it an intentional week of working the program and moving my body.
Tonight we had Mississippi pot roast with sautéed green beans and I included a teensy bit of corn bread because if there is corn bread it is a sin not to eat it. It’s a meal that is higher in points, but I worked it in and my husband and I have been craving it. It’s also so easy to prep- and after my sons Rockstar birthday party yesterday, I just needed something easy! Swipe to see a picture of my cuties.
