KENAPA HARUS DIINFUS? . . AH, ribet! Enakan juga dimakan biasa! Simpel, ga harus nunggu 6 jam! Males bikinnya! Daaan masih banyak lagi.... . Okaay, manteman... Sebenernya gaada salahnya juga sih makan buah secara langsung, teman-teman tetap akan mendapatkan kandungan nutrisinya dari buah tsb. Terus apa bedanya dengan diinfus? Ini aku kasih tau yaa... Yuk sama-sama belajar 👇 1. Terjadi proses difusi osmosis, Jadi ketika buah direndam dengan air semua nutrisi dari buah akan pindah ke air tsb . 2. Terjadi fermentasi, nah ketika buah direndam air minimal 6 jam, maks 12 jam akan terjadi fermentasi yang menghasilkan probiotik, jadi minuman kita mengandung bakteri baik. Udah dpt nutrisi, dapet bakteri baik pulak. Menang banyak dong 😁 Kalo lebih dari 12 jam gimana? Udah kurang baik utk diminum karena nutrisi dari buahnya udah habis, fermentasinya juga udh berlebihan, biasanya minuman yg diifus akan berbusa . 3. Menjadi air alkali, selain nutrisi dari buah pindah ke air dan menghasilkan probiotik. Infused water juga bisa menjadi alkali atau bersifat basa. Kalo basa kenapa? Nah ini yang tubuh kita perlukan. Tubuh kita akan menjadi asam dgn makanan olahan, apalagi klo kurang makan sayur dan buah makin sering tuh penyakit muncul. Sering2 minum infused water, makan sayur dan buah biar kebutuhan tubuhnya seimbang, bahkan bersifat basa. Tuuuh kan menang banyak lagi kita 😅 . 4. Apa cuma berlaku utk buah? Day 34 of keto OMAD. Exactly the same salad as yesterday because I still had the other half of the beef thawed. But this time with a waffle topped with almond butter, caramel syrup and pancake syrup by Walden Farms. Not shown in my app, but I also added a protein bar, because I was still feeling hungry! I almost always have 2 T of cream at the top of my app because I drink my 3 cups of coffee throughout the day, each with 2 teaspoons of cream. Yes, I allow myself that during my fast. Fight me. Aside from that, my IF schedule is 23:1 roughly, depending on when my one meal happens (usually noon or afternoon). I’m not an expert, and cannot give any professional recommendations. One of my go to smoothie recipes lately (and it’s nothing fancy) 🍓 Almond milk • vanilla protein • mixed frozen berries • scoop of nut butter • collagen As we end this Friday and head into the weekend, remember that being healthy is not about perfection. For so long I prided myself on “being good” all week, and in some mixed up way that made me think that I’d earned the right to overindulge when Saturday came around. This exact mindset it the thing I have been (and still am) working to get away from. It’s this exact mindset that keeps you trapped in a terrible yo yo of restriction -> overindulging. So this weekend remember that it’s not balls to the wall. If you want a drink, have one! If you want a cookie, have it! But remember that you can have both of these things during the week too, and having them on the weekend is not a “reward” for NOT having them during the week. Again- it won’t be perfect. But the sooner we identify these habits, the sooner we can work towards being more intentional with our food choices, and ultimately heal our relationship with food and our bodies. Who else is on the journey of finding their food freedom!? 🙋🏽‍♀️

POST WORKOUT Buffalo chicken patties from @morningstarfarms ,3 hash brown patties, sautéed garlic spinach on English muffins. This was my recovery meal after my workout. Plenty of carbs and protein to refuel. This isn’t the “healthiest” meal and maybe could have used some tomatoes or more veggies. However it comes to 1,400 calories so 🤷🏻‍♂️ Up over a pound in a few days after adopting this new style of tracking at the end of the day and accepting that on this journey EVERY meal is a struggle and should be. Whether you’re trying to gain or lose weight it is a struggle. Although that feeling you get on the other side after all the hard work pays off surpasses any sort of NECESSARY discomfort. Keep pushing toward your goals they could be right around the corner. Take it all 1 meal at a time 1 workout at a time and before you know it you’re on the other side of your goals! 😄

Guten Abend 😊 Puh, ich merke so langsam, dass ich schwanger bin. Abends bin ich ziemlich kaputt und so ein Tag mit Wocheneinkauf 🛒 Wäsche machen etc. 🧽🧹 schlaucht dann doch sehr. Und da mein Mann etwas kränkelt (zum Glück keine Männergrippe 😁), haben wir uns heute Essen bestellt. Für meinen Mann gab es Pizza Hawaii und für mich eine Ofenkartoffel mit Gemüse, Mozzarella und Sour Cream. • WHAT I EAT IN A DAY (WINTER EDITION❄️) • Breakfast is always cinnamon and raisin bagels with Nutella. Sometimes fruit on top too like strawberries or bananas. Then I sprinkle some extra cinnamon😍🤤 • Lunch can be anything from pasta to Christmas turkey and cranberry sauce sandwiches. But this time it was spaghetti bolognese with extra cheese🍝! ( I’ve been slacking recently on prepping actual meals for lunch at work but will get back into it asap!) • Snacks are rice cakes, more fruit or cacao raw bars🍓🍫 (also sometimes chocolate bars because who can resist?!). J-12, bientôt Noël 😯 Aujourd'hui, je vous présente ma version des rouleaux de printemps ☺️ L'élément clé de cette recette je pense, c'est surtout la petite sauce 🙂 L'intérieur est à changer selon vos envies ! Je vais vous faire une petite liste d'ingrédients pour vous donner quelques idées Légumes ; chou rouge, chou blanc, carotte, concombre, germes de soja, salade, jeunes pousses, poivrons, avocat, tomates, graines germées (brocoli, radis, alfalfa), etc Protéines ; votre tofu préféré, crevettes, poulet, porc, etc Herbes ; basilic, coriandre, menthe, oignons verts, etc Vous pouvez en mélanger plusieurs aussi J'ai choisi pour 6~7 rouleaux de printemps ; (Vegan) 1 carotte 1/2 concombre Des graines germées de brocoli Quelques radis roses 200g env. de tofu ferme Quelques feuilles de laitue Menthe 70g de vermicelles de riz 6~7 feuilles de riz Pour la sauce ; 2 cuillères à soupes de tahini ou de beurre de cacahuète 1 cuillère à soupe env. de noix de cajou grillées et non salées (10 env.) Nouvelle recette dans mon @maho.nabe 🤗 . J’ai préparé un risotto aux crevettes et petits pois 🥰 . Pour la recette : - Faire revenir de l’ail avec de l’huile d’olive dans la cocotte - 150g de riz à risotto - 100g de crevettes cuites - 750ml de bouillon de légumes - 2 càs de crème liquide - sel/poivre . Ajoutez le riz dans la cocotte, faited revenir dans l’huile et l’ail pendant quelques minutes Ajoutez le bouillon au fur et à mesure, tout en remuant. Une fois que le bouillon a été absorbé par le riz ( moi c’était après 25/30mins ) Ajoutez les crevettes et les petits pois congelés, laisser cuire pendant 10/15mins, pour le temps de cuisson ça dépend du riz utilisé . Ajoutez la crème, le sel et le poivre. . J’ai ajouté des noisettes pour le dressage :) . Belle journée à vous 😍 . 🇫🇷 Dites bonjour à l’automne et à ses délices 😍 . Purée de patate douce et boulettes de quinoa. . Le plat réconfortant qui crie l'automne 🍁 . C'est la première fois que je fais une purée de patate douce et c’est tellement booooon 😍 . La recette : - 1 grosse patate douce - 4 cuillères à soupe de lait de riz - 2 cuillères à café de Fruit D'Or 100% Végétal - Sel & poivre Faire cuire la patate douce pdt 40min, dans de l'eau salée. Utiliser un écrase patate. Pdt ce temps faire cuire le lait et le Fruit D’Or 100% Végétal à feux moyen. Verser ensuite la moitié du mélange dans les patates douces, écraser à nouveau. Puis réitéré l'opération avec le reste du mélange. Saler et poivrer. C'est déjà prêt ! . Pour les boulettes végétales de lentilles et couscous au citron : - 1 cup de lentilles cuites - 1 cup de mélange de quinoa/couscous - 1/2 cup de farine - sel, poivre, paprika - 1/2 citron Faire cuire les lentilles et le quinoa. Ajoutez la farine, lentilles et quinoa dans un saladier : mélanger. Ajoutez le jus du demi citron, et une cuillère à soupe d’eau si nécessaire. Former des boulettes en les roulant dans de la farine. Faire revenir du Fruit D’Or 100% Végétal dans une poêle, faire cuire les boulettes pdt quelques minutes de chaque côté. J’ai utilisé du tahin/jus de citron/ pour la sauce. . Des carottes façon hasselback : du Fruit D’Or 100% Végétal au four pendant 20mins. . Le Fruit D’Or Végétal est une vraie découverte pour moi, il va devenir un indispensable de mon frigo :) Il est sans huile de Palme, certifié vegan et riche en Omega3. . 🇫🇷Butternut et potimarron 🥕 . Recette avec le @maho.nabe ( produit offert ), une cocotte japonaise. Un design magnifique mais c’est plus que ça, mis au centre de la table, il continue de chauffer et de conserver la chaleur après avoir été retiré des plaques de cuisson. . Pour réaliser ce velouté : - 1 butternut - 1/2 potimarron - 1 carotte jaune - 3 cuillères à soupe de crème liquide - paprika, sel, poivre ( les quantités c’est selon vos préférences :) + ou - c’est vous qui choisissez ♡) . Faites revenir de l’ail et de l’huile d’olive dans le Maho Nabé. Ajouter vos légumes coupés et de l’eau pour les recouvrir. Laisser cuivre pendant 30mins à feux moyen. Remuer de temps à autre. Une fois les légumes cuits, mixer les et voilà c’est prêt 😍 UN DÉLICE! Parfait pour ce temps 💛 . 🇺🇸Butternut soup 🥰🥰🥰 . Grilled sandwich vegan ♥️ . Je vous retrouve aujourd’hui pour vous partager ma recette de sandwich préférée 😍 On commence par déposer Fruit D’Or 100% Végétal - issue de la pression d’un mélange de graines de tournesol, lin et colza - sur patate douce et courgette avec sel/poivre à l’aide d’un pinceau puis on les met au four pendant 15 mins. On s’occupe ensuite des tranches de pain que l’on tartine de Fruit D’Or sur les 2 faces, on dépose 2 tranches dans une poêle préalablement chauffé à feu moyen. Sur l’une des 2 tranches on ajoute le pesto, tomates, avocat on ajoute la seconde tranche de pain qui aura grillé puis on rajoute les patates douces, courgette et avocat et enfin une dernière tranche que l’on tartine encore des 2 côtés. On retourne le sandwich après quelques minutes et on le laisse chauffer à feu doux l’autre face pendant quelques minutes. Et c’est déjà prêt 🤗 .
