I’ve had the internal debate for so long about whether drinking alcohol is detrimental for my body, or if it’s okay in moderation.
Being on a health journey, I feel the “right” thing to do would be to eliminate it.
But then again, my whole theme of life recently has been balance.

While alcohol is obviously bad for your liver, studies have shown it can actually be a factor in preventing heart disease.
Also, red wine contains an antioxidant called Resveratrol, which reduces inflammation and bad cholesterol in the body.
Kinda crazy huh?!
Alcohol, when overdone can seriously harm your organs as you are all aware, so moderation is ALWAYS key.
I’ve found that my body is happy when I have a glass of wine usually once a week.
