So I made a list last night, and I checked it twice. Was I naughty or nice? It's too early for a Christmas joke isn't it? 😂🤓 Well, I did everything but fold and put the laundry away. But guess what I did instead? I rested without guilt, which was much needed. Then I cleaned the dishwasher itself, did the dishes, I recently moved so got the overwhelming pile of boxes idk what to do with yet out my sight to help with my anxiety, moved my dining table to where I've been envisioning it, dealt with a toddler accident, vacuumed, and didn't eat totally terrible, although it wasn't great. So verdict? I did pretty damn good today. Considering I have been in a fog lately, this is a huge win for me and I'm proud of what I accomplished.
Now what exactly does this have to do with cream cheese? 🤔 it's because I had a *whole* regular jalapeño cheddar bagel for breakfast today with my favorite low point cream cheese! I've never seen it shared before and have been using it on bagels ever since coming across it at the grocery store when I first joined @ww.
I hate whipped cream cheese, and only ever saw the reduced fat cream cheese as a bar, which molds fairly quickly in my experience so I decided to try it and fell in love 😍 It tracks on @itrackbites
